Double Good Restaurant, Tanjung Bungah
We were back at Tanjung Bungah for some chu char at a
Aircondition Restaurant (Chain I believe) by the name of Double Good.
Located near Maybank Tanjung Bungah, near the junction of
Jalan Lembah Permai and Jalan Tanjung Bungah, its located at a shoplot next to
Pizza Hut. Parking is certainly
convenient in the evening despite the many food outlets, and the nearby
apartment blocks.
We had the Set B, which consists of a Steam Teowchew
Style Seabass, Special Tauhu, Sharkfin in Omelette, Beijing Style Pork Ribs,
Kailan Prepared two ways, and the Indonesian prawns in claypot.
Well, what stood out for me was the Indonesian Prawns in claypot, which is basically a fancy name of saying Dry Curry Prawns, this dish was flavourful and have a nice mild punch. I ended up scraping out the claypot for the sauce.
Pricy wise, this restaurant is definitely in the Air-condition Price Category
