Jade Palace is one of these old time Chinese Restaurant that specialise in Wedding Banquets.  They have a number of branches around,  We went to their Choo Plaza HQ? 3^rd Floor located along Jalan Abu Siti at George Town just behind Red Rock Hotel. 

If you go on the right day and time (ie when there is no Chinese Banquet on going) you can have the entire restaurant to yourself, and do follow the recommendation of the order taker, he/she will ensure you have the best experience. 

This time around we ordered.

Mix Vegetables of Lotus Roots, Baby Corn, French Beans and Celery

Fish Meat Asam Pedas

Braised Homemade Tauhu with Mince Meat
