Just a Short post to update on the Chow Choon Restaurant
(Tim Sum) Specials, Poached Hor Fun with Fish.

This dish is very similar to the Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun
found in all Tim Sum Place, Basically
Hor Fun and Fish Slices poached and topped with soya sauce. Quite enjoyable by itself
Overall I find this Tim Sum Restaurant the most reasonable of the lot in Butterworth, Clean, Bright Atmosphere and most of the Tim Sum Items uses Prawns as Filling. the only draw back is the location, congested , traffic jam area, parking while possible to find, you may have to hunt and search and that its usually packed.
